Terms And Conditions
As part of the application process it is necessary for us to receive
your permission to retain your personal details on our computer
files and to carry out a credit search. Any information you provide
will be treated in the strictest confidence. Please read the following
declaration and click 'I agree' to proceed. Agreement implies that
both permission is given to retain your personal details on our
computer files and to carry out a credit search and that you are
in agreement with the customer declaration below. If you do not
click ‘I agree’ you will be unable to proceed with your
application.
I/we declare that the statements and particulars in this application
form are true and accurate to the best of my/our knowledge and
belief and shall form part of any subsequent agreement. I/we agree
that such information may be relied upon by all third parties
to whom Vesta Money (Vesta) and its subsidiaries are authorised
to disclose the same as if such third parties had received the
information directly.
Customer Declaration
I/We confirm that I/we have the consent of any third party whose
details I/we may disclose to Click/Vesta and the third parties
referred to in the paragraph below to disclose such details and
to authorise Vesta to process such details for the purposes of
assessing my/our application and administering and enforcing any
subsequent loan which may be granted to me/us.
I/We agree that Vesta may search the files of a licensed credit
reference agency or agencies, who will keep a record of the search,
to confirm my/our particulars and for the purpose of credit assessment.
In order to obtain the most appropriate service, I/We agree that
Vesta may provide details of this application to other Credit
Broker\Lenders who will also search the files of a licensed credit
reference agency or agencies for the same purpose. A record will
be kept of such searches which may be used by other lenders in
assessing future applications for finance by me/us and members
of my/our household and for occasional debt tracing and fraud
prevention.
Fees
I/We understand that as a result of Vesta passing the information
to another Credit Broker\Lender NO FEES will be payable but may
receive introductory commission. The commission from Credit Brokers\Lenders
for passing such information will vary significantly depending
on the type of loan (mortgage, secured loan, unsecured loan etc)
and in most instances no commission will be received unless a
loan is taken out. Typically, where commission is received, therefore,
this can vary from an average 1% of the Loan value (usually for
a mortgage) to an average 5% of the Loan value (usually a Secured
Loan)
I/We understand that any selected insurance cover may vary from
lender to lender and I/we will receive the appropriate brochure
together with the formal offer. Telephone calls may, from time
to time, be monitored for training or security purposes.
I/we agree that Vesta and any lender resulting from this application
(the "Lender") shall be entitled to use and process,
by any medium, the information given by me/us in this application
form and any other information about me/us which may be acquired
during the lifetime of any loan ("the Data") to provide
the Data to and search the files of one or more credit reference
or fraud prevention agencies whether before, or during the lifetime
of any loan granted to me/us by the Lender, who will keep a record
of such search, to confirm the Data, and for the purposes of credit
assessment or account administration.

Clients Risk
You are advised that because investments can fall as well as rise,
you may not get back the full amount invested. Past performance
is not necessarily a guide to future performance. Payment
for Services
We normally derive our income from commission paid to us by life
assurance companies and the operators of collective investment
schemes through which investments are made. We shall tell you
the amount of commission payable to us on any such investment.
If we receive a commission or other form of benefit from the issuer
of a security or from another intermediary, we will inform you,
but we will not tell you its amount unless you ask us to do so.
Alternatively, if you or we propose to operate on a fee basis,
we will agree its basis, frequency and method with you in writing
before we carry out any chargeable work.
Accounting to You
Unless in exceptional circumstances, we will confirm to you in
writing the basis or our reason for recommending the transaction
executed on your behalf. We will also make arrangements for all
your investments to be registered in your name unless you first
instruct us otherwise in writing. We will forward to you all documents
showing ownership of your investments as soon as practicable after
we receive them; where a number of documents relating to a series
of transactions is involved, we will normally hold each document
until the series is complete and then forward them to you.
Investment Objectives & Restrictions
Following the issue of this letter any subsequent advice or recommendation
offered to you will be based on your stated investment objectives,
acceptable level of risk and any restrictions you wish to place
on the type of investments or policies you are willing to consider.
Details of your stated investment objectives will be included
in the suitability letter we will issue to you to confirm our
recommendation. Unless confirmed in writing, to the contrary,
we will assume that you do not wish to place any restrictions
on the advice we give you.
Right to Withdraw
In the case of a non packaged product ISA or Pep recommended we
will inform you in writing of any right to withdraw or cancel
you may have or, if it is the case, we will inform you in writing
that no such rights will apply.
Complaints
If you should have any complaint about the advice you receive
or a product you have bought please write to the Compliance Officer
at UK Loans Finder or Vesta Money using the address on the contact
page. If following our subsequent investigation and response you
are still not satisfied you may contact the Financial Ombudsman
Service. Full details are contained within our internal complaints
procedure, which is available to you on request at any time.
I/we understand that if false or inaccurate information is given
by me/us, Click/Vesta will disclose the Data to any third parties
(for example, debt counsellors and insurers) at any time for the
purposes of assessing my/our application and administering and
enforcing any subsequent loan whether during the course of my/our
application or during the lifetime of any loan granted pursuant
to such application; (iv)
I/we understand that if false or inaccurate information is given
by me/us, Vesta will disclose the Data to any third party who
replaces or who may replace my/our Lender.
Prevention Of Money Laundering
The Lender and other organisations may use and search the records
of credit reference or fraud prevention agencies to check your
identity to prevent money laundering, unless you have furnished
other satisfactory proof of identity.
Right Of Subject Access
Information held by us will be processed only for purposes for
which we have registered under the Data Protection Act. Upon you
making a request in writing we will provide you with a copy of
the information which we hold concerning you on payment of a fee.
